can you do a customized card for me withing my budget?
all the work we do is completely personalized. Since everything is designed from scratch, the costs would depend on the design and the printed quantities. So don’t count the prices as per card because we don’t price it in that way. However, to give you an idea, our custom invitation designs start at AED 5500 for offset printing (based on an order of 300 invitations), so your budget shouldnt be below that.

our pricing includes all design, printing and project management of each job. We generally manage an entire order job form initial design to final production, not just the design portion.

how soon can I get a pricing estimate?
The pricing estimates for our featured collection is listed in the sheet above, but if you decide to go with a totally new custom design which is not listed in our gallery then please contact us for a customized pricing estimate. Please include your quantities needed and/or any specific details that you might want to include in your invitation set so we can best provide you with an accurate estimate. Estimates may take up to 1-3 business days to process. For extremely custom estimates, please allow additional time.

How soon can we get started designing?
The design work begins once we have agreed to a final price quote, and 50% of total project fees have been received.

when should I place my order?
If you select a design which already exists in our collection (paper invitations) then you will need to allow 5 days to customize your card and 10 days for printing. As for the wood invitations, we typically need around 2 months for production and delivery.
If you want us to create something totally new for your then you should allow at least 2 months for the process to design something for your and produce it.
The more time we spend together, the more time for perfection!

do you offer custom designs?
We can customize all the featured invitations on this website however if you want something completely different, we can absolutely do that.

can I choose my ink colors?
We can match any color! Feel free to show us any fabric swatches or tears from magazines which you want to match the invitation color with.

how many invitations should I order?
Always order 50 or 100 extra than you think you will need as it is much more expensive to order reprints at a later time.

can I order less than 100 invitations?
300 is the minimum quantity available for wedding invitations and all other wedding-related stationery can be less than that. Since we use the method of offset printing, the more copies you print the cheaper each one becomes so if you print 200, 100 or less the cost for that would be similar as if you are printing for 300 cards.

what is the quality of your invitations?
we deal with the best printers in Dubai, we use off-set printing method, which allows you to match the exact colors you want, create special die-cuts for the cards, add embossing to the graphics. We currently use the finest paper material for the invitations from the paper leaders in the market Arjowiggins.

can we still work together even if I do not live in UAE?
thanks to modern technology, we can work with anyone no matter where you are in the world. Since most of our interaction will happen through email or over the phone, it is always easy to find a way to work together that fits with your schedule and lifestyle. This brings added convenience even for the clients located in UAE who might not have the time to meet in person. Past projects have been completed for clients in distant locations ranging from Qatar, Kuwait to USA with no problems.

do you ship internationally?
yes! International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority or DHL and all shipments originate from the United States. Shipping fees will apply.

How many different stationery accessories can I have for my occasion?
we can design everything from entrance cards, paper bags and completing it with gift packages.

Can I get the artwork of the invitation on a CD and use the design for something else?
all of our designs are protected by copyright law; therefore you cannot use, copy or modify our designs for any purpose. We don’t give the wedding invitations artwork on a CD.

If you need to design another item such as wedding gift box, chocolate boxes, menu…etc, you should do it through us as a full package for your wedding stationery.

We have specific requirements regarding the printers and vendors that we work with.

what type of payment do you accept?
we accept cash, bank deposits and we now can accept online payments through PayPal. %50 advance payment to start the design and %50 when we start the printing.

what is your cancellation policy?
in the event of cancellation of your job, the initial deposit shall be retained by natoof as a cancellation fee, and the percentage will be decided based on the stage of project & the rest will be returned to the client.

can my invitations be printed in a different language?
we have done invitations in both Arabic & English, if you have another language in mind, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

can I see a preview of my order before it is printed?
absolutely! You will receive digital proofs for your review. We require that you carefully review your proofs and submit your approval before your order is printed. We never release an order into production until we receive approval.

can I make changes after I have approved my proof?
by approving your proofs, you are confirming that you have reviewed your proofs very carefully, all content is correct and you are giving us the consent to begin printing.

once production begins on your order, changes cannot be made. We will not be responsible for any errors that were not detected by the customer during the proofing process. We cannot stress enough how important it is to review your proofs carefully.

we do prefer to communicate by email at the beginning & afterwards we will talk to you through the phone to set up appointments and answer any further questions you might have.

if I buy one of your invitations or greeting cards, can I use the design for something else?
all of our designs are protected by copyright law; therefore you cannot use, copy or modify our designs for any purpose. Purchasing wedding invitations or a greeting card does not entitle you to reproduce any part or portion of the note card design.
