what design services do you offer?
we offer PRINT Design which might include branding, logo design, identity system(business card, letterhead, envelopes...etc), corporate brochures, marketing materials, invitations..etc
& we offer WEB
Design which involves creating full customized HTML web pages with basic scripting and programming. Currently we don't handle e-commerce or Content Management System (CMS) or blog designs.

how much does your design cost?
you should have a reasonable budget to spend on the design & the cost would only depend on the details of your design project. To get an accurate estimate for your project please fill out our contact us form with your brief description with all the required information:
for Print Design include the following: your objective & your primary audience / what kind of logo you require "illustration" "typography" "Arabic" "English" / list all items required such as letterheads, business card, brochure with their content ..etc / budget / List designs you like so we can reference your style.
for Web Design include the following: your objective, your message & other major points you want to communicate / main pages / required languages / content / List designs you like so we can reference your style / list what you can provide us.

how long will the project take to complete?
it usually takes about 1 to 2 months from start to finish to complete a web design project.
for PRINT designs, it would depend on our work load, your quick responses to us with feedback/changes (i.e logo design might take 3 weeks to 3 months)
when filling out the above design briefs, be sure to mention your desired deadline time to deliver the project, and accordingly we will advise you about the possibility to be able to do it on the requested time or we will provide you with our time plan to finish the project.

do you handle printing?
yes we do and we can only offer it for the projects we design, we deal with one of the best printing presses in Dubai. Once the design is done we can get you the quote from the printing press and supervise the printing process for you.

what’s your design process?
we usually follow these steps:
we get the project description from you (fill out this form) then we revert back to you with the estimate cost.
upon the approval on the costs, and %50 advance payment, we start the design and provide you with the proposals ( we work on the proposals up to 4 rounds) then once the design is selected and finalized, we create the artwork (we send the final files to you and if we are involved in the printing we handle the production).

in which format your provide the final artwork?
All files are provided in their original formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), which are hi-res files for printing purposes or for re-use in future. We also provide alternative formats for client's use & for screen viewing such as (PDF & JPG).

all communications are done through email, and occasionally phones when required.

what's your payment policy?
with all our projects, we request a 50% as an advance payment to start the job and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
we accept cash, bank deposits and we now can accept online payments through Pay Pal.

what's your cancellation policy?
in the event of cancellation of your job, the initial deposit shall be retained by natoof as a cancellation fee, and the percentage will be decided based on the stage of project & the rest will be returned to the client.
